Over the course of the year NUS and the 9 lad culture strategy pilot unions have come together to discuss how Lad Culture manifests on the different campuses and the work that can be done to challenge this. As part of the scheme each institution and union was asked to develop their own strategies, tailored to address the issues they have found locally.
